欢迎使用 What's Happened（以下简称"本应用"）。本应用由 stpzAppleApp 团队开发并运营。在您下载、安装或使用本应用之前，请仔细阅读本《用户服务协议》（以下简称"本协议"）。
您一旦注册、登录或以任何方式使用本应用，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的全部条款。如您不同意本协议，请立即停止使用本应用。
二、服务内容
本应用提供以下核心服务：
- 视频内容多模态识别：利用先进的 AI 技术对视频内容进行智能分析与识别。
- 中英双语输出：将识别结果以中文和英文两种语言呈现。
- 分层 Agent 系统：包含视觉处理、语义理解和多语言生成层，提供高质量内容解析。
我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止部分或全部服务的权利，并将提前通知用户。
三、用户账户
您在使用本应用时，可能需要注册账户。您应确保：
- 提供真实、准确、完整的注册信息。
- 妥善保管账户密码，对账户下的所有行为负责。
- 发现账户被盗用时，立即通知我们。
我们不对因您未能妥善保管账户信息而导致的损失承担责任。
四、用户行为规范

- AI 识别结果的准确性、完整性或适用性。
- 因网络故障、设备问题或不可抗力导致的服务中断。
- 用户因使用本应用产生的任何直接或间接损失。
七、服务变更与终止
我们有权在提前通知的情况下修改本协议条款。修改后的协议将在本应用内公布，您继续使用本应用即视为接受修改后的协议。

八、适用法律

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to What's Happened (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). The App is developed and operated by the stpzAppleApp team. Please read these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the App.
By registering, logging in, or using the App in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.
2. Services
The App provides the following core services:
- Video Content Multimodal Recognition: Intelligent analysis and recognition of video content using advanced AI technology.
- Bilingual Output (Chinese & English): Presenting recognition results in both Chinese and English.
- Layered Agent System: Includes visual processing, semantic understanding, and multilingual generation layers for high-quality content analysis.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services at any time with prior notice to users.
3. User Accounts
You may need to register an account to use the App. You shall ensure that:
- You provide true, accurate, and complete registration information.
- You keep your account password secure and are responsible for all activities under your account.
- You notify us immediately upon discovering unauthorized use of your account.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.
4. User Conduct
When using the App, you must not:
- Upload, publish, or distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
- Use the App for commercial activities without our written authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App.

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and software code) belong to the stpzAppleApp team or are legally licensed. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use such content in any way.
For content you upload or submit through the App, you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use it for providing and improving the services.
6. Disclaimer
The App provides content recognition services based on AI technology. Results are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice. We are not liable for:
- The accuracy, completeness, or applicability of AI recognition results.
- Service interruptions caused by network failures, device issues, or force majeure.
- Any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of the App.
7. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement with prior notice. Updated terms will be published within the App, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
If you violate this Agreement, we may suspend or terminate your account and services without liability.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, they shall be submitted to the competent People's Court for litigation.
